CANCELLATION FEES

CANCELLATION FEES AND NO-SHOWS
We don’t apply any charges if booking is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the arrival date.
However, if cancelled or modified later, the whole price of stay will be charged.
In case of a NO-SHOW, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT POLICY
Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card and an advance payment (deposit) of the first night of the stay.
We will not be able to refund any payment due to an early check-out.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD HOLDER WITHOUT PRESENCE:
The hotel can charge your card without your presence in the following cases:
– For any damage caused to your hotel room during your stay which was discovered after leaving the hotel.
– Charge of the cost of the one night, in case of late cancellation or no-show, according to our cancellation policy (see above).
– If deep cleaning is necessary due to extreme dirt caused by the customer or smoking in the room.
– If you leave the hotel without paying your room and / or services used.
